How does the Winc subscription work?

Winc is a personalized wine club that delivers bottles tailored to your palate directly to your door. You take a flavor profile quiz, and we recommend wines based on your unique tastes.

Where does Winc ship?

We currently ship to most states within the United States. However, due to state regulations, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or certain restricted zip codes.

Do I need to be home to sign for my delivery?

Yes. Federal law requires that all wine shipments be signed for by an adult aged 21 or older. We recommend shipping to a business address if you are not home during the day.

Can I skip a month or cancel my membership?

Absolutely. You have the flexibility to skip a month at any time at no cost, or you can cancel your membership through your account settings without any hidden fees.

What is your 'Satisfaction Guarantee' policy?

If you don't love a bottle we sent you, we will give you full credit for it toward your next order. We want to ensure you only pay for wine you actually enjoy.
